Scrapbooking layout for mothers day!

My friend shown above has two little boys.  They are awesome!  My friend spends all her time scrapbooking their books but what about one for her? I decided to do one for mothers day because its very seldom that there are pictures with her and her kids.  I took the idea from nichol magouirk's layout http://www.nicholmagouirk.typepad.com/. I am quite please at the turn out!

I made a 2nd one for Mothers Day brunch, this time with chocolate covered strawberries! My grandma loved it soo much she wanted a picture! Delish!!

So for my moms birthday, she didnt want a big cake because it was just the 5 of us at dinner. I had had this idea for a while and even painted the ceramic pot! Im pretty proud of how it turned out!
