This course is my tiered wedding cake course so on thursday I will be assembling my first wedding cake. The requirements are that I need to make 40 fondant roses to put on the cake. I have yet to do the leaves but here are what the roses look like at the moment! (and because I havent really posted anything for a while!)
Believe it or not, there are over 28 roses there in that bouquet! I keep having to count them because it doesnt look like it!
